JVC’s LT-42WX70 is a new genre of LCD monitor, designed for users who wish to fully enjoy viewing exquisitely natural-looking images from diverse sources including digital photographs taken on SLR cameras. Ensuring the faithful reproduction of colours, details, texture, nuances and the unique ambience of digital photographs taken on SLR cameras the LT-42WX70 adds a fascinating dimension to display viewing by bringing to life high-definition, virtual prints on a large 42-inch screen.

The LT-42WX70 features 1080p display resolution - the purest high definition signal mode available for what is known as “Full High Definition”. The LT-42WX70 also utilises 100Hz CMD III technology, doubling the frame rate. This means a significant reduction in image ghosting/blurring of fast-moving pictures, making the LT-47WX70 perfect for watching action movies, documentaries or sports.

Particularly appealing to image professionals and digital photography enthusiasts, the LT-42WX70 features a 50,000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio, and is therefore able to reproduce still images with beautiful detail, depth and clarity. The LT-42WX70’s management set-up includes pre-set colour spaces for stills (Adobe & sRGB), high-quality HD camcorders (x.v Colour) and High Definition TV (ITU-R BT.709).

A superb feature of the LT-42WX70 is its customisable, DIY on-screen image adjustment, allowing 52 image quality settings that can be saved for future use.

Designed with the utmost elegance, the LT-42WX70 is super slim and very light, with a textured bezel to help reduce glare. Meanwhile, a detachable soundbar enables the connection of an external speaker source should it be required.
